ChapStone Quirk are leveraging their Ultimate Pool experts to create the world’s first pool tournament at HMP Five Wells prison, as the launch vehicle for the Cue the Change project.

Twinned with our Health Group our qualified therapists, practitioners, and mentors, will be the first end-to-end solution that engages with inmates at the inception of the tournament, during, and post-release from prison (depending on how much ongoing professional assistance they require).

Cue the Change has an in-house dedicated recruitment team that will help find inmates career opportunities so that ideally, they can leave prison with an employment option already in place.

Cue the Change will be the first project that puts sustainable employability at the heart of its recruitment process, which means that we will work with business leader networks, brands and agencies to secure employment that has the potential of a professional development career pathway and even CPD training options.
